Weekly classes in the lovely, cosy Malt Barn Studio in St Andrews.
We stretch, strengthen and destress with a mix of standing, balance and seated poses, breathing exercises and gentle meditation.
The class is suitable for all levels of experience and beginners are very welcome.
Meditation for Beginners Course
Are you new to meditation and not sure how to get started? Have you tried to meditate but found your mind is too busy? Maybe you're interested in learning about all the amazing benefits of a regular meditation practice. If so, this course is for you. Every Monday evening for six weeks.

Yin Yoga is designed to go deep into the body; targeting joints and connective tissue. By applying a gentle, healthy stress to our joints and a mindful stretch to our connective tissues, Yin Yoga can help hydrate and mobilise our bodies, slowing the ageing process. ​ Suitable for all levels of experience.
