Yoga for Peace & Healing

Tickets for this special event start at £10 but you're welcome to pay as much as you'd like. All the money raised will go directly to Action Aid (an international charity supporting women and girls living in poverty) and Edinburgh Community Yoga (a not-for-profit social enterprise providing trauma-informed yoga to NHS hospitals, secure units, and prisons, and through social prescribing programmes and community organisations).

30 minutes of gentle yoga will be followed by some relaxing breathwork and a guided meditation to bring the year to a close.
